This is where IT routines and processes play a role to manage issues like orphaned meetings. Our off-boarding task list asks departing staff to review their calendar and cancel meetings as needed, especially recurring meetings. @Tony is there a good way to generate a report that lists future Teams meetings for a specific user?

Ahem, I don’t work for Microsoft and have no responsibility for how the software works. AFAIK, this is the first article since the introduction of Teams in 2017 to highlight the problem. That’s all we can do here – highlight issues and help people understand what they might have to do to workaround or solve problems.
